1) Do my photos leave my device?#

Yes. By default, selected photos are sent to Gemini 2.5 Flash for analysis to help generate captions. NeuraPoster does not retain them as product content on its own servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

2) What does neuraposter do?#

neuraposter helps you create influencer-style captions fast, so your posts feel polished, confident, and intentional. Upload a photo (or pick one from your library), choose a style + copy profile, tap Magic, and get a ready-to-post caption + hashtags.

4) Which platforms does neuraposter support?#

All major platforms. The output is designed to work anywhere you post - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, and more.

5) What exactly gets “analyzed”?#

neuraposter reads your photo/video contextually and uses what it can infer from the media plus available metadata to create better captions and hashtags (for example: scene context, vibe, and other relevant cues). The goal is simple: more relevant copy with less effort.

6) Can I control the tone and style?#

Yes. You can pick a style (e.g., clean minimal, hype, luxury, funny, educational, Gen Z) and select a copy profile to guide the voice.

7) Do I get multiple captions per tap?#

Each Magic run generates one caption (plus hashtags). You can generate variations if you want different angles - limits depend on your plan.

8) Does neuraposter copy famous influencers?#

No. neuraposter is built to keep your posts original. It aims for the energy and structure that performs - not a word-for-word imitation of any specific creator.

9) Can I control emojis and hashtag intensity?#

Yes. You can adjust the output (e.g., none / light / heavy) depending on your vibe and platform.

10) What languages are supported?#

The website and Privacy Policy are available in multiple languages. Terms are maintained in English. Caption generation in the app is currently English-first.

11) Do you support Swiss German or mixed languages?#

Not yet. neuraposter currently doesn’t offer Swiss German conventions or mixed-language defaults.

12) How do accounts work?#

You create an account with email + password. You can use the same account on multiple devices.

13) Is my caption history synced?#

No. Caption history is local-only on your device. If you delete the app, your local history is deleted too - your account remains.

14) What plans do you offer?#

Free: trial credits + limited styles

Premium: more caption generations per month

Pro: more caption generations than Premium + Brand Voice for brands

15) What is Brand Voice?#

Brand Voice (Pro) helps teams keep captions aligned with a brand’s tone and wording. It’s built for brands and agencies who want consistent voice across posts.

16) Is neuraposter “guaranteed” to make me go viral?#

No. neuraposter provides copy suggestions - not outcomes. Posting success depends on your content, audience, timing, platform algorithms, and consistency.

17) Do you store my photos or captions on your servers?#

No - by default, neuraposter does not store your photos or captions on its own servers. Captions/history live on your device.

18) What does “training” mean in neuraposter?#

“Training” refers to Gemini 2.5 Flash’s improvement/data-sharing behavior when a “use for training purposes” option is enabled. Premium users are opted out of this data sharing.

19) Can I delete my account?#

Yes. Open User Profile in the app and select Delete. See the Privacy Policy for the deletion process and limited retention periods.

20) How do I post the caption?#

You can edit the caption in the app, then copy to clipboard and paste it into your social platform.

21) Does neuraposter work offline?#

No. neuraposter requires an internet connection because caption generation relies on external AI services.

22) What if neuraposter feels slow or doesn’t generate?#

Sometimes Gemini 2.5 Flash can be temporarily slow or unavailable. If that happens, try again in a moment. Rate limits may also apply depending on your plan and usage.

23) How do I cancel or request a refund?#

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings (Apple In-App Purchase). Refund requests follow Apple’s processes.
